Shipping Policy
Morvenn ships only within India.
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and dispatched within the processing timeline mentioned on the product page. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier service, or external factors beyond our control.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or recalled.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout.
Morvenn will not be liable for non-delivery, delays, or loss resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer. Orders placed with incorrect address information are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or replacement.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
All purchases made on Morvenn are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to incorrect shipping address, change of mind, or delivery delays caused by courier partners.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, Morvenn does not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received in a damaged or leaking condition, the customer must notify Morvenn within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with clear photographic evidence and an unboxing video, where applicable.
Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted. All damage claims are subject to verification and approval at Morvenn’s sole discretion.
Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
